Boost attendance with the Great Plains Medicare Advantage (HMO I-SNP) explore event toolkit
Our facility partner explore event toolkit is designed to make event promotion easy and effective. The toolkit contains approved materials to use for Great Plains Medicare Advantage events.
Your plan representative will guide you through the event planning process, serve as your coordinator and presenter, and help answer questions from residents, families and powers of attorney.
What’s included in the explore event toolkit?
- Screensavers: Display your event information on screens throughout your facility.
- Social media posts: Share your events with residents and their families using social media. Text and images for social media posts are provided.
- Table tents: Place table tents in common areas where residents spend time. There is a blank space to attach a label or sticker with your event details including the date, time and location.

- Increase community engagement: Consistent outreach drives conversations and keeps potential members and powers of attorney informed and connected throughout the year.
